Refund and Cancellation Policy

At FinExpert CA & Associates, we strive to provide the highest quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Service Fees

Our professional fees are charged based on the scope of work agreed upon in the engagement letter. Government fees, statutory charges, and third-party costs are separate and non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Before Service Commencement: If you cancel the service before we begin work, you are eligible for a full refund of professional fees minus any administrative charges (up to 10%).
  • Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to our internal reasons, a full refund will be issued.
  • Partial Completion: If the service is partially completed, a pro-rata refund may be issued based on the work completed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Services have been fully delivered as per the engagement terms
  • Delay or failure caused by client not providing required documents or information
  • Change of mind after service delivery
  • Government fees, stamp duties, or third-party charges already paid
  • Services affected by changes in law or government policy after engagement
  • Tax notices or penalties arising from incorrect information provided by the client

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit a written refund request to accounts@finexpertca.com
  • Include your invoice number, service details, and reason for refund
  • Refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Services can be cancelled before commencement with written notice
  • Cancellation after service commencement may attract charges based on work completed
  • Recurring services can be cancelled with 30 days notice

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding refunds, we encourage clients to first contact our customer support team. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and fairly.
